Put listeners and co-hosts live on air. Callers dial from their own phone โ standard network rates apply to them, never to the station.
How it works for listeners: they tap ๐ Call the Studio on your station page and their phone dials your studio line. When the call connects, their phone pauses the stream automatically โ they hear the show through the call itself, live, with no delay. When they hang up, they press play again.
Setup 1 โ Two presenters, same studio
EASIEST ยท WORKS TODAY
Use a dual wireless mic kit (e.g. DJI Mic 2 duo, Rode Wireless GO II, Hollyland Lark). Both transmitter mics feed one receiver, and the receiver plugs into your GoLive phone by USB-C or 3.5mm.
Presenter 1 TX ๐ + Presenter 2 TX ๐ โ RX receiver โ GoLive phone โ ON AIR
The receiver mixes both mics โ GoLive sees them as one clean input.
No extra gear, no cables between presenters, broadcast-quality sound.
Setup 2 โ Put a caller on air (budget bridge)
TWO PHONES + ONE CABLE
You need two phones: Phone A streams with GoLive; Phone B answers the calls.
Caller โ โ Phone B (answers) โ 3.5mm aux cable โ mic input / RX input โ Phone A (GoLive) โ ON AIR
Phone B answers the studio line (cellular or WhatsApp).
Run a 3.5mm TRRS Y-splitter + aux cable from Phone B's headphone output into your GoLive phone's mic input โ or into the 3.5mm IN of your wireless receiver (e.g. DJI RX), which already feeds Phone A.
The caller's voice now mixes with your mic and goes on air.
Limitation: with this budget bridge, the presenter monitors the caller through Phone B's earpiece/speaker, and the caller hears the studio only through Phone B's own mic. It works โ but for a smooth two-way show, use Setup 3.
Setup 3 โ Full call-in studio (mixer with Bluetooth)
BROADCAST-GRADE ยท REMOTE CO-HOST READY
A small streaming mixer solves everything at once: Bluetooth call audio, real-time monitoring, and two-way conversation. This is how a presenter in Ibadan and a co-host abroad run one show together.
Presenter mic โ Mixer CH1 ยท Call phone (Bluetooth/aux) โ Mixer CH2 ยท Mixer main out โ GoLive phone โ ON AIR
Monitor in real time: plug your headphones into the mixer โ you hear the caller/co-host instantly while you speak.
Two-way: mixers with a phone send/return feed your voice back to the caller, so a remote co-host hears the studio too.
Bluetooth callers: pair the call phone to the mixer over Bluetooth โ no cables needed on the call side.
Music, jingles and a second mic all get their own channels.

Quick tips for great call-in sound
Wired beats Bluetooth for your presenting mic. Bluetooth headset mics use low, phone-call quality โ save Bluetooth for the caller phone into the mixer, keep your main mic wired or 2.4GHz wireless.
Tell callers you're live: answer, confirm they're ready, then bring their channel up.
Keep the stream away from the caller's ears: the internet stream runs 10โ30 seconds behind โ the call itself is their live feed.
WhatsApp line: your ๐ฌ WhatsApp button is perfect for shout-outs, song requests and voice notes you can replay on air.
